These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Aesthetic Digital Holdings, Inc., doing business as True Aesthetics and TrueTox® ("True," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this site or related services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Content on this site is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Only a licensed clinician can determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you.

Clinics and licensed clinicians listed through True are independently owned and operated. They are not employees or agents of True. The treating clinician is solely responsible for clinical decisions, including candidacy, treatment selection, dosing, technique, follow-up, medical records, and the care provided. True does not guarantee appointment availability, treatment eligibility, pricing, or outcomes.

Some services require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. Consumer services are intended for adults. Provider-only services, including clinic purchasing, are limited to approved clinics and authorized users who meet applicable professional and purchasing requirements.

Clinic directory information may be provided by clinics or obtained from public sources. We work to keep listings useful but do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. A consultation request is sent to the selected clinic and does not create a clinician-patient relationship, confirm an appointment, guarantee treatment, or require a clinic to accept you as a patient.

TrueTox is a consumer membership offered through participating independent True Providers. Membership benefits, eligible areas, timing, candidacy, treatment planning, and any add-ons are subject to the applicable offer and the independent provider's clinical judgment. Membership does not guarantee specific units, volume, treatment, availability, or results.

The current TrueTox offer includes an initial six-month commitment and recurring billing. After the initial commitment, cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Additional terms presented at checkout or enrollment, including price, renewal timing, cancellation, and refund details, form part of these terms. If offer-specific terms conflict with this page, the terms shown and accepted at purchase control for that purchase.

Product, membership, subscription, tax, shipping, eligibility, minimum-order, and availability details are shown before purchase where applicable. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices may change before an order is completed. By providing a payment method, you authorize the applicable one-time or recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Purchases from or payments made directly to an independent clinic are governed by that clinic's policies.

You may not:

• Use the services unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, purchasing tools, or provider-only areas.
• Interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or bypass security controls.
• Misrepresent your identity, professional credentials, clinic affiliation, membership status, or authority to make a purchase.
• Copy, sell, license, or exploit site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

The site, its design, text, graphics, software, names, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned by True, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

The site may link to or rely on services operated by third parties, including independent clinics, payment providers, video platforms, and social networks. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

The services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific provider availability, or any clinical or commercial result. Individual results vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. True is not responsible for the acts, omissions, clinical decisions, or care of independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the site, independent providers, or True; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or enforce these terms. You may stop using the site at any time, subject to any purchase, membership, cancellation, or payment obligations already accepted.

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or directly to active account holders. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
